Deborah Johnson is Managing Director with DCIG serving as its Vice President of Product Strategy and Sales. She will work with DCIG clients to align their needs with DCIG products and services to define corporate and business strategies to the mutual benefit of all parties. She will lead, develop, and drive product and solution development to include creating new partnerships and alliances and better position DCIG’s products in existing and new markets. She brings a deep understanding of product development, sales, and strategy with expertise in litigation risk management, eDiscovery, data analytics, online media, semantic NLP search, and ASP/SaaS.
Ms. Johnson is a recognized industry expert on electronic discovery, web hosting, and all related document management issues, including data retention to ensure regulatory compliance. She has used her many years of experience to advise international law firms, securities investigators, international financial institutions and governmental entities on the collection, preservation, review and production of electronic documents in all phases of M&A, securities investigations, complex litigation and antitrust matters. She has trained, advised and led electronic discovery project teams for some of the nation’s most visible bankruptcies and securities litigations of the past decade, including Enron, Tyco, WorldCom and Adecco.
